You can refer a child or young person to be supported within one of our services by contacting us using either our contact number above, our online contact form or contacting our service managers direct via phone or email. Wherever possible, admissions are planned and the young person is properly prepared before taking up residence, however we are realistic enough to know that there will be occasions when local authorities require a place at short notice. We would consider accepting an emergency referral as long as all information is present for us to be able to complete a full assessment and matching process to ensure we can meet the needs of the individual.
